Testimonials
"The School Gates Project had Project 31 deliver a Face painting course to some parents of the children in the Adelphi Nursery, Gorbals. The girls delivering the course were highly skilled and professional. They put our parents at ease from the first day of the course, working with them as a group and individually when required. Some of our parents, who we work with, have very low self esteem and lack confidence. This course was a great soft skill to boost that confidence, showing them that they had skills and the ability to participate in a group activity and share what they had been taught. By the end of the course the parents were confident enough to paint the children’s faces in the nursery. They participated in Red Nose Day and on the last day of the course took part in the Easter Themed Face painting. The children were delighted and excited that their parents were taking part in their activity and the Nursery staff were amazed at the progress and skill of the parents who carried out the face painting. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Project 31 for the excellent work they carried out with our parents and for making this Activity such a success." The School Gates Project
"Lorna and Elizabeth got involved with our project just as we were starting off. They were so helpful in guiding us through funding, focus groups, marketing and making sure we got things right and in a style that suited us. Their endless enthusiasm and advice really kept us going...not to mention their endless patience! It has been a real pleasure working with Project 31 over the past year and getting to know Lorna and Elizabeth has been a real treat to boot! They really know how to get the best out of the kids they work with and engaging them in the project. We could not have done this without the help of Project 31 and we are so glad to have had the help." Karmen Boyd, Feed Me Real Food

Wonderful – we love this project. On Our Toes is particularly great.
Thought it was fantastic! Attended with 3, 3 year old girls. They loved it and were copying all the activities at home.
"My kids loved doing the treasure hunt, making guitars and their humpty dumpties. They said Project 31 was the best bit!"
"Brilliant. We loved doing the family banner and seeing our design as part of the finished display at the end of the day. I liked the fact, and so did the boys, that I was encouraged to join in and draw too. A real family activity."
I come along with 3 children, 10 months, 2 years and 3 years and they all have a great time. They have all grown in confidence.
I thought this project has been really good, well planned and thought out and both girls really enjoyed it. A lot of effort put into each session.
Fantastic! By far Joe’s favourite thing to come to. Loves part with story and great game ideas.
